We currently deliver within the Pune and PCMC areas. We will soon expand our services across India. Delivery availability depends on your PIN code and the serviceability of our logistics partners.

    • All orders are processed within 1–3 business daysafter confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

(Processing timelines are typically within 24–72 hours in similar farm-based businesses.)

  1. Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities:2–5 business days
  • Other Locations:5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas:Up to 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or above a certain cart value(if applicable).

(Most farm brands calculate shipping dynamically or offer free shipping above a threshold.)

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
