At Sabnis Farms, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective or spoiled product
  • Missing items in the order

Customers must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Perishable food products
  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage

Return Approval

Once the issue is verified by our team:

  • A replacement will be delivered within 10–15 days if approved.
  • The amount will be refunded and credited to the original payment source.

Sabnis Farms reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy conditions. Please refer our refund policy.
