Refund & Cancellation Policies

At Sabnis Farms, our focus is on delivering fresh, high-quality food products to our customers. As our products are perishable or consumable in nature, our policy does not generally allow returns or exchanges. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will review and address genuine concerns on a case-by-case basis.

This applies to:
• Sabnis Farms cashews
• Sabnis Farms mangoes
• Sabnis Farms mango pulp
• Sabnis Farms jackfruit powder
• And other Sabnis Farms products
This policy is in accordance with Indian consumer laws and payment gateway rules for perishable and consumable goods.

  1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed:

  • No cancellation requests will be accepted
  • No refund requests will be entertained
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refunds are not applicable, however:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 12hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the package and product

We may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Provide store credit (if applicable)

No cash or bank refunds will be issued.

  1. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway
  • Refund timelines depend on the bank/payment provider (typically 5–7 working days)
  1. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
